Welcome

Dear participant,

We hope that you are looking forward to the “Leading Creative Collaboration” training as much as we are! Here is a short letter with details to welcome you and help to plan and prepare for the training.

Preparations

As participants you are required to plan and book travel and accommodation for yourselves. Below you will find a few suggestions for accommodation and directions for how to get to the venue.

You should be prepared for three highly intense days, so come well rested and wear comfortable clothes and shoes allowing you to move around. We will provide you with all necessary workshop material but please bring your own notebooks.

During the workshop we will kindly ask you to put your phones and computers aside during our sessions. As you will be away from keyboard during the most of these three days we recommend you to put an auto reply on your e-mail saying that you primarily will check mails before and after the workday.

We also ask you to kindly fill out the invoice form prior to the training. One filled out form per organisation is enough.

Times

Every day starts with coffee and sandwich at 8:30 am (the workshop begins at 9:00 am, sharp!) and all three days ends at 18:00 pm.

Monday dinner

We have a tradition of gathering for dinner on the first day of the training, for those who are free and would like to join. This is not part of the training nor included in the training fee, but much appreciated by those who come. If you’re interested, make sure to sign up here and we’ll book a table with space for you too.

Venue

We are happy to tell you that we have booked the beautiful and spacious top floor at Färgfabriken in Liljeholmen,  just across the bridge from Södermalm (the south island of Stockholm). It is a truly fantastic venue with a good restaurant and workshop space that we hope will be flowing in light during our three days there.

From Stockholm
From Stockholm central take the subway, marked (T) and take the red line south (towards Fruängen or Norsborg) and get off at Liljeholmen station and take the escalators to the square (Liljeholms torg).
